My wife and parents gifted me the Version 5 Unit for my Ford Fg for Christmas, and it works flawlessly. However, there are areas where improvements could be made: -Lack of an installation manual (supposedly included). -Missing WiFi antenna, though they did promptly send a replacement free of charge. -Challenges with the main support brackets; support provided unclear guidance, but an old video helped in the right direction. -After installation, the display for open doors was inaccurate. - Support initially offered instructions for older versions, but eventually, the issue was resolved. Overall, better quality control for product contents is needed. - New YouTube installation videos specific to Version 5 for Ford FG would be beneficial, as existing ones are insufficient. Facebook support should be trained and equipped with materials for Version 5. Despite these issues, the $1500 price tag suggests a higher standard. On a positive note, the Facebook Messenger support is extremely responsive and helpful as on Boxing Day they were outstanding helping and replying almost inatantly, which deserves an A+++ rating. The prompt and helpful assistance from Bill Morrison and Robert Smith was commendable, eventually resolving all issues. On a 5-star scale, I would give a 3 out of 5, acknowledging areas for improvement but appreciating the effective resolution of concerns, earning a 5-star rating on Facebook and Google.

Last 6 months my 2017 Ranger head unit was playing up. Radio and Bluetooth dropping out. Head unit screen wouldn't even turn on just some faint tunes coming through. Couldn't even connect incoming calls. Just had my PX2 Ranger head unit installed by Kayhan Audio at Laverton. After being recommended by my own Auto elect to go with these guys I decided to go with them. Very happy with service. Walked off the street, boys said they have my head unit in stock. Able to be installed right there and then. Ben the installer came out to explain what the new system could do. I'm impressed. After the head aches and complaints by my partner it's so worth spending some money on an awesome head unit like Kayhan. Can't wait to surprise her with the new stereo. Even plays movies via usb stick. Amazing. Thank you Ben and boys.

The quality of the “KAYHAN” TOP HAT is worth every $$ at the price is more than fair it allows you to keep that nice hsv look and still keep all your original hsv gauges and modules as it is exactly same position , And I’ve had “20” years in this game and one thing they have done is made the tophat a lot stronger so “”Fear”. Which is what it feels like pulling a hsv pod off feels gone knowing if you needed to pull it out and forgot something you not shaking worrying it’s going to snap in half and go buy new one for $1500 that’s if you can even find one and even second hand is getting hard but there still around $700 But you can get one of these for $225 Which is unbelievable So I’ll be ordering a batch of them soon not for profit but so my customers have best available. So that on top of that with there latest Holden ve head unit version and maps and the amount of options all I can say is “WELL KAYHAN YOU HAVE TRULY PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST “ Which seems rare these days Also you can contact them 24/7 live chat to help with any problems, and they go out of their way to help with stuff they do r even need to . 10/10.
